Krizan-Condry, Amanda Rose

Amanda Rose Krizan-Condry, 37, of Cedar Rapids, died Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013, at her home. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, where friends may visit with the family after 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Rev. Steve Qualben will officiate. Inurnment: Riverside Cemetery in Anamosa. Iowa Cremation is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include her children, Sam Condry (age 17) and Magge Krizan (age 15); her parents, Dale and Donna (Secrist) Condry; her sister, Holly (Jeff) Chittick; sister-in-law, Libby (Ty) Hess; stepbrothers, Darin (Karen) Secrist, Darel (Laura) Secrist and David (Sarah Vargason) Secrist; paternal grandmother, Ardith Condry; maternal grandfather, Robert Johnson; and several nieces and nephews, in addition to aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Donna Bea; a brother, Rob Condry; maternal grandmother, Bea Johnson; and paternal grandfather, Dale Condry Sr.

Amanda was born March 5, 1975, in Cedar Rapids. She attended Kennedy High School and, on Nov. 2, 1996, she married John Krizan. They were later divorced.

Amanda was a devoted and loving mother, daughter and sister and will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
