Kremer, Rosemary Lucille

Rosemary Lucille Kremer, 87, of Cedar Rapids, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 7, 2012, at Living Center West Nursing Home. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 12, at the St. Matthew Catholic Church with Father David Beckman officiating. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will take place at Mount Calvary Cemetery.

She is survived by her five children, Ann (Wayne) Mallie of Robins, Tim Kremer of Jupiter, Fla., Kate (Mark) Miller of West Chester, Ohio, Elaine (Mark) Wiebersch of Delafield, Wis, and Maggie (Shawn) Bovey of Mountain Top, Pa.; and 11 grandchildren, Sara Lund, Nicole Wier, Lindsay Kremer, Beth and Nick Miller, Joshua, Samantha, Mary Rose, Joseph and Michael Wiebersch and Grace Bovey.

Rosemary Lucille Kremer was born Sept. 20, 1925, in Petersburg, Iowa, the daughter of Andrew and Caroline Roling Mormann. She was united in marriage to Norbert Joseph Kremer on Sept. 4, 1954, in Cedar Rapids. He passed away in 1999. Rosemary will be remembered for her love of family and friends. Rosemary enjoyed playing cards and fishing.
