Krejci, Joyce
Joyce Krejci of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on October 29, 2010 following a sudden illness. Joyce was born in Salem, Oregon in 1927 and grew up in Iowa, graduating from Central City High School. She met and married Richard Krejci in 1944. In 1988 she moved to Eugene, Oregon to care for her mother and in 1991 she moved to Phoenix. Joyce was preceded in death by her daughter, Teri. She is survived by her sons Rick (Penny) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Neil (Toni) of Marion, Iowa; and daughter Patricia Simmons of Spokane, Washington, 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Joyce loved to travel and spend time with her family. She was active in her church and was an avid bridge player. Burial in Central City will be held at a later date.
