Kogan, Cecelia
Cecelia Kogan, newborn daughter of Nicole and Paul Kogan of Iowa City, died hours after her birth on Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2013, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Her mother and father had been with her every second that she had blessed their lives and Cecelia will forever be in their hearts and souls.
