Koch, William G. 'Bill'
William G. “Bill” Koch, 83, died Friday, May 28, 2010, in his Mechanicsville home after a short battle with cancer, with his family by his side. The family will greet friends from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Morgan Funeral Home, Mount Vernon, where a Wake service will begin at 6 p.m. Friends may also call at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Mechanicsville, one hour before the funeral service. William's Funeral Mass will be 2 p.m. Monday at the church by Reverend Andrew Kelly. William will be buried in Rose Hill Cemetery, Mechanicsville.
Surviving William is his wife of 62 years, LaVerna; five children; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund in William's name has been established.
