Klampe, Richard Paul
Richard Paul Klampe, 63, of Cedar Rapids, formerly of Naugatuck, Conn., died Feb. 9, 2011, in Cedar Rapids. Private family services.
Survivors include his children, Christopher (wife Kelly) and Jonathan (wife Edel); and five grandchildren, Caoimhe, Laoise, Keira, Daniel and Erin.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Eda.
He served two tours in Vietnam with the U.S. Coast Guard. He was an avid cyclist and fisherman.
The family suggests memorial contributions to charity of choice.
