Kit M. Aldrich, 74, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away on Monday, Sept. 18, 2023, from COVID-19 complications.
Kit was predeceased by his parents, Merle and Greta (Kuhns) Aldrich; his brother, Gene Aldrich; and brother-in-law, Dan Read.
He is survived by his wife, Jodi Rohwedder Aldrich; his daughter, Jennifer Aldrich Tipton and her two children; his sister, Kris Read; brother,
Kevin Aldrich; brother Gene’s wife, Cathy Aldrich; and their families.
Out of respect for Kit’s wishes a service will not be held.
To honor Kit’s service in the Marines, donations may be made to the local Veteran’s Administration Hospital. Alternate donations may be made to Oldorff Hospice House in honor of Kit. Please make donations in lieu of any other form of memorial.
