Kirk Adam Elkins, 47, died Saturday, June 13, 2015, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids after suffering an apparent stroke. Friends and family may visit from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, June 18, at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, 212 E. Sixth St., Vinton, followed by a memorial service at 6 p.m. with the Rev. Jessica Crane-Munoz officiating.
