Avis A. King, 94, Minot, N.D., formerly of Upham, N.D., died Saturday, March 6, 2010, in a Minot nursing home.
Those who shared in her life are daughters, Beverly (David) Schepp, Mandan, N.D., and Sandy (Vaughn) Burnside, Cedar Rapids, Iowa; son, Les (Joanne) King, Minot; six grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; sisters, Leila Schammel, Oceanside, Calif., and Carol Carmichael, Olympia, Wash.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral: Wednesday at 11:00 at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Minot, N.D.
