Harold Kephart, 79, of South Amana, died Monday, Jan. 13, 2014, at his home. Funeral Services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Conroy with the Rev. Gary Sears officiating. Burial: Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Conroy, with military honors. Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, at Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo.
Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, Essence of Life Hospice or the charity of the donor's choice.
Harold is survived by his wife, Annie; his children, Robert (Molly) Kephart of South Amana, and Richard (Meri) Kephart of Lithia, Fla.; and four grandchildren, Willa and Edgar Kephart of South Amana and Max and Enric Kephart of Lithia, Fla.
He was preceded in death by his parents,
Robert Lee and Helen Olive Bell Kephart; a sister, Helen-Lois Garringer; and a nephew, Vonnie Garringer.
