Kenney, William O.
William O. Kenney, 90, of Edgewood, died Wednesday, March 2, 2011, at the Edgewood Convalescent Home. Visitation: 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 4, at Trinity United Methodist Church in Edgewood, where there will be a 7 p.m. Masonic service. Funeral: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, with the Rev. Mary Green officiating. Interment: Edgewood Cemetery, with military rites provided by Edgewood American Legion Post 512.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Esther in 1995; and his brothers, Carleton (1943) and Robert (1991).
He is survived by his three children, Judyth (Richard) Swingen of Arkansas, Phyllis (Buddy Underwood) Peterson of New Mexico and David (Amber) of Georgia; brother, John (Nancy) of California; grandsons, Eric Peterson, Mark Underwood and William Kenney; great-granddaughters, Jena and Jade Peterson; sisters-in-law, Elaine Kenney, Dorothy Lindell and Darline Baker; and brothers-in-law, Quentin Lindell and Harold Pelham; and numerous nieces and nephews.
