Kenneth P. Graper, 80, longtime Oxford resident, died Friday, Nov. 4, 2016, at Iowa City Care and Rehab Center.
There will be a time of visitation from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service – Oxford Chapel. Private burial services will be in Washington Township Cemetery, rural Johnson County, right near the farm where he was born.

Ken was born Aug. 18, 1936, near Frytown on the family farm, the son of Leo and Francis (Bacon) Graper. For many years Ken worked for Pleasant Valley as a landscaper.
He had been a member of the Mustang Club and Metropolitan Car Club in this area.
His family includes his daughter, Lisa Graper and her husband, Joe Fuller; granddaughter, Megan Fuller; brother, Clarence Graper and his wife, Rene; sister, Janette Miller and her husband, Don; stepsons, Tige Bourget and his wife, Holly, and Todd Graper and his wife, Nila; stepgrandchildren, Brianna, Caroline, Noah and Oliver; niece, Deborah Willis, and her children, Jessie, Janelle and Ryan; and nephew, Bob Miller, and his wife, Ann.
