Kelly Sue Nauer, 59, of Cedar Rapids, died on Monday, Aug. 9, 2021. Memorial services: 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 13, 2021, at Cedar Rapids First Assembly of God by Pastor Rick Gail. Arrangements are with Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her husband, Michael; mother, Barbara Mauraska; children, Bandi Arp, Bessie Brockmeyer, Rory Brockmeyer, Paula Russell, Taryn Nauer, Lindsey Nauer and Rae-Ellen Nauer; and grandchildren, Myles, Mason, Memphis, Angelina, Mai, Amelia and Harlem.
Kelly was born on Jan. 6, 1962. She graduated from East Buchanan High School and Kirkwood Community College. On Dec. 18, 1992, she married Michael Nauer. Kelly worked as a secretary and custodian for Cedar Rapids First Assembly of God. She gave her heart to Jesus in 1992 and was dedicated to her faith and her family.
She was preceded in death by her father, Roger Arp; and sister, Shelley Rae Arp.
