Kelly Finn, 62, of Iowa City, died at his home Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2015, following a battle with cancer. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 11, at Goettsch Funeral Home, Anamosa. Interment: Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends may call after 9:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Surviving are his six siblings, Michael (Nurit), Anamosa, Marcia, Anamosa, Denise Allamand, Marion, Anne (Gordon) Siebels, Anamosa, Elizabeth (Phillip) Smith, Cedar Rapids, and Tim, Marion; five nieces and nephews, Eric, Danielle, RaeLynn, Daniel and Gabriel; and seven great-nieces and great-nephews, Karianna, Kiy'talya, L.J., Ayanna, Patrick, Logan and Zachary.
Kelly was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Patrick and Danny; and a brother-in-law, Ev Allamand.
Kelly Jerome Finn was born March 3, 1953, in Anamosa, Iowa, the son of Ray and Bertha Arthur Finn. He graduated from Anamosa Community Schools in 1971 and continued his education at Central College in Pella and the University of Iowa.
Kelly started working as an union laborer in the carpenters union. He became a journeyman carpenter and worked as a union carpenter for many years.
Kelly returned to school after being injured on the job and received a degree in information technology from Kirkwood. He then worked for his brother, Michael, at Wapsi Valley Archaeology.
Kelly was loved and will be greatly missed by his family.
