Iowa City resident Keith Waggoner, 65, passed away Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018, from complications from a heart attack.
Born in Primghar, Iowa, Keith lived most of his life in Cedar Rapids, where he worked in management in grocery stores and later was self-employed.
He is survived by his brother, Phil Waggoner (wife, Donna Rouner, daughter, Emma Waggoner), of Fort Collins, Colo.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Waggoner; father, Delmar Waggoner; and brother, Dick Waggoner, all of Cedar Rapids.
Keith served as his mother's caregiver for many years preceding her death. Keith enjoyed hiking, camping, playing cards, sports (the Iowa Hawkeyes), and perhaps most, the Chicago Cubs.
A private service will occur later in Colorado.
