Kaufman, Heidi
Heidi Kaufman, 79, of Washington, Iowa, died Sunday July 4, 2010, at her residence following a sudden illness. Celebration of life services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the St. James Catholic Church with Father Troy Richmond officiating. Visitation will begin at noon today at the Jones Eden Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Prayer services will be held at 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. Interment will take place at the Crawfordsville Cemetery, Crawfordsville, Iowa.

She is survived by her son, Mark Bieri and wife Ann of Las Cruces, N.M.; son, Jeff Bieri and wife Ashley of Colorado Springs, Colo.; stepdaughter, Iris Encke and husband Bill of Dubuque; stepson, Bruce Kaufman and wife Jenny of Crawfordsville; stepson, Neil Kaufman and wife Linda of Ankeny; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren; as well as her special friend, Bryce Lord of Washington.
Heidi is also survived by one brother, Ruedi Wulser; and one sister Annemarie Wulser, both of Luzerne, Switzerland.
