Kathy Lee Earnest, 64,
of Washington, Iowa, died Monday, Nov. 16, 2015, at her sister's home after a brief illness. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home with the Rev. Jean Wollenberg officiating. Calling hours will begin at noon Wednesday at the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Interment will take place in the Pleasant Hill Christian Church Cemetery in rural Washington.
Memorial donations may be given to Hospice of Washington County, Lending Hands Adult Services and Pleasant Hill Christian Church Cemetery Fund.

She is survived by her sisters, Illa Mae Earnest and Betty Earnest of Washington; sister, Carol Elvin of Columbus, Ohio; and two nephews, Michael Elvin of Columbus, Ohio, and Shawn Elvin and wife Hilary of Providence, Utah.
