KATHLYN RAE TINDALL WILKIN

Kathlyn Rae Tindall Wilken, 67, of Shawnee, Okla., formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2018. Services: 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13, First United Methodist Church Rollow Chapel, Ada, Okla. The Rev. Stephen Nation will officiate.
Survivors include her husband, Richard Wilken; a son, Jesse Murray and wife Megan; daughters, Kristina Brashears and husband Justin, and Katelyn Murray; a brother, Larry Tindall; her sister, Karyl McFate; and grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Ollie Tindall; brothers, Tom and Bud; her first husband, John Beachler; and her second husband, Richard Murray.
She was born July 3, 1951, in Greene, Iowa. Kathlyn was a youth counselor for Project Gabriel, an avid quilter, gardener and baker, and a member of First United Methodist Church. She enjoyed refinishing antiques and raising and training horses.
