Kathleen V. Clear Driscoll, 92, of Williamsburg, died Monday, March 21, 2016, at the Highland Ridge Care Center in Williamsburg. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 28, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Williamsburg. Father Joseph Roost will preside. Burial will be in the St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Williamsburg. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday, March 27, at Powell Funeral Home, Williamsburg.
