Kasal, Walter S.
Walter S. Kasal, 94, died Monday, Dec. 28, 2009, at the Iowa Veterans Home in Marshalltown following a lingering illness. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Hrabak Funeral Home by the Rev. James Campbell. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, with military rites. Visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
He is survived by his wife, Marion; son, Phil (June) Kasal of Monroe; daughters, Connie (Aubrey) Risner of Belle Plaine and Naomi Varney; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
