Karrie A. Williams, 44, of Minot, N.D., formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Sunday, Feb. 23, 2014. Services will be at a later date.
Karrie was born Oct. 24, 1969, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of Ted and Linda (Cook) Williams. She graduated from Washington High School in 1988.
She is survived by her parents, Ted and Linda Williams of Mount Vernon; one brother, Chet (Shawn Teckenburg) Williams of Waterloo; nephews, Kit and Kade Williams, also of Waterloo, grandmother, Violet Williams of Cedar Rapids; many aunts, uncles and cousins; and a very special friend, Amy Schmitt.
Karrie was preceded in death by her grandfather, Ted Williams; grandparents, Gene and Betty Cook; and uncles, Michael Cook and Dennis Weers.
Karrie always ended her phone calls by saying, "Love You, Bye."
We love you. Rest in peace our beautiful girl!
