Kate was born on April 12, 1947, in Vinton, IA and passed away on June 14th, 2024, in Goodyear, AZ.
Kate wanted a big party to celebrate her wonderful life, and we will do just that. Please help us honor her at her Celebration of Life on Saturday, September 7th from 1pm to 4pm at Tara Hills Country Club-1846 70th St, Van Horne, IA. In honor of Kate, please feel free to wear purple, jeans and be ready to laugh, cry, tell stories and remember this beautiful woman.
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made in Kate's name to Barrow Neurological Foundation.
