Kari Ann Cooper, 50, of Manchester, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2016, at Marietta's Place in Manchester.
Survivors include her parents, Gary and Carol Cooper of Manchester; two sisters, Kristy Cooper of Dubuque and Kathy Sands of Manchester; her niece, Olivia Sands; and her nephew, Chris Sands.
