Karen Kay Wiese, 75, died Monday, Oct. 13, 2014, at Keystone Nursing Care Center following an extended illness.
She was a daughter of Wilber and Rose (Dvorak) Wiese, who preceded her in death.
Memorials may be sent to the Keystone Nursing Care Center.
A memorial service will be at a later date.
