Karen C. (Schulte) Martin, 66, passed away Saturday, April 22, 2017, at Sunnycrest Nursing Center in Dysart with her twin sister by her side.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 26, at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel (212 E. Sixth St.) in Vinton, with Chaplain Dwayne Potter officiating. Military rites will be held at the conclusion of the service conducted by AMVETS Post 218 and Walter J. Meyocks American Legion Post 264 of Urbana. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
A memorial fund has been established for VFW Auxiliary Unit 8884 of Benton County.
She is survived by two sisters, her twin, Sharen Schulte of Dysart, and Cheryl Gregor of Montpelier, Ohio; and seven nieces and nephews.
