Kaplan, Robert C. 'Bob'
Robert C. “Bob” Kaplan, 66, of Knoxville, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died unexpectedly Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2011, at his home. Services are today in Melcher, Iowa.
Surviving are his wife, Brenda; two sons, Robbie and Christopher; a stepson, Kevin Colyn; a stepdaughter, Leisha Colyn; five brothers, Gerald (Eileen), Phillip (Kathy), David, Paul (Michele) and Patrick (Anita); and two sisters, Mary Sue Butler (Eddie) and Jeannie Kaplan (Larry).
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Delores Kaplan; stepmother, Helen; sister, Phyliss; and brother, Daniel.
He will be greatly missed.
