Daysha S. Jurgens-Thorpe, 15, of Iowa City, died Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service, where there will be a period of visitation one hour before the services, and following the services.
A memorial fund has been established in her memory.
