Junior R. Bemer, 74, of Vinton, died Friday, June 2, 2017, at the St. Luke's Hospice Inpatient Unit in Cedar Rapids. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday, June 9, at Phillips Family Center, 605 Second Ave., Vinton. Interment will follow at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery in Cedar Rapids.
