Judy R. Schiltz, 79, of Iowa City, Iowa, died at home surrounded by family on Oct. 17, 2023.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 10, 2023, at the Elks Lodge in Iowa City with a time of food and fellowship to follow until 2 p.m.
