Joyce A. (Poggenpohl) Donham, 75, of Iowa City, passed away Friday, Jan. 9, 2015, at her home. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, at Lensing Funeral & Cre-mation Service, Iowa City. Officiating will be the Rev. John McKinstry of First Christian Church, Iowa City. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 13, at the funeral home. Burial will take place in the Lone Tree Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Joyce Donham Memorial Fund.
Joyce is survived by two daughters, Tammi Johnston-Cook of Iowa City, and her children, Jim, Joe and Justin Johnston and Chrissy Cook, and Julie (Gary) Sieverding of Bellevue, and her children, Joseph Maher and Kayla and Lucas Sieverding; three great-grandchildren, Michael Martin-Stites, Kaitlyn Johnston and Gage Johnston; one sister, Naomi Vermeulen of San Diego, Calif.; and several nieces and nephews.
Joyce was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Donham; one grandson, Johnny Martin-Johnston; and a great-grandson, Jaxston Johnston.
