Joyce A. Blair, 76, of Cedar Rapids, died Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2016, at St. Luke's Hospital following a prolonged illness.
Joyce was born Feb. 1, 1939, in Anamosa, Iowa, daughter of Willis and Carrie (Kelley) Martin. She married Michael Blair on May 23, 1967, in Los Angeles, Calif.
Survivors include her husband, three children, six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and two spoiled cats.
Celebration of Life: 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 17, at River of Life Ministries, Cedar Rapids.
A special thanks to the St. Luke's Hospice Foundation for all of its outstanding support and care.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Luke's Hospice Foundation of Cedar Rapids in memory of Joyce.
