Josephine H. "Jo" Fulton, 92, lifetime resident of the Iowa City area, died Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2015, at Mercy Iowa City. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 6, at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church with burial to follow at the Downey Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Jo's memory.
