Josephine P. Cook, 100, of Cedar Rapids, passed away peacefully on Sept. 7, 2017, at her home at Cottage Grove Place.
Josephine was loved by all who came to know her. The family wishes to thank the vast number of friends and caregivers, including compassionate staff at Cottage Grove Place and Home Choice, who became our extended family as her life drew to an end.
