JOSEPH M. WEBER Manchester Joseph M. Weber, 79, of Manchester, passed away surrounded by his family on Sunday, Oct. 29, 2017, at Regional Medical Center in Manchester. Survivors include his wife of 55 years, LaVonne of Manchester; four children, Scott (Sheri) Weber of Delhi, John (Morgan Schmidt) Weber of Manchester, Julie (Tom) Johnson of Dubuque and Pete Weber of Manchester; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; seven siblings, Ann (Bill) Schrader of Manchester, Carlyn Wessel of Marion, Mary (Tim) Cooney of Cedar Rapids, Mike (Ginnie) Weber of Cedar Rapids, Loras "Butch" (Carole) Weber of Robins, Joanne (Peter Vanderveer) Weber of Madison and Linda (Kevin) Fergesen of Manchester; and many nieces and nephews.
