JOSEPH CHARLES SOUKUP
Longmont, Colo.
Joseph Charles Soukup, 87, of Longmont, Colo., formerly of Cedar Rapids, died May 4, 2021. Memorial services will be held at a later date in Longmont.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia; children, Charles, Dennis and Anne; a brother, Albert; and grandchildren, Matthew and Amanda.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Steven; a sister, Mary Ann Pisarik; and brothers, Paul and David
He was born April 22, 1934, to Albert and Lucy Soukup. He grew up in Cedar Rapids and attended St. Ludmilla Grade School and graduated from Wilson High School. He was a licensed carpenter and owned his own business in Longmont. He recently moved to Green Valley, Ariz.
Memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels of Longmont, Colo., where he volunteered.
