Joseph Leroy Soper, 37, of Cedar Rapids, died Saturday, March 31, 2018, in his home. A celebration of life will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 6, at Brosh Chapel and The Avacentre in Cedar Rapids, located at 2121 Bowling St. SW. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Brosh Chapel. There will also be a Celebration of Life gathering from 4 to 9 p.m. June 2 at Bever Park Pavilion.
