Jones, Verle H.
Verle H. Jones, 74, died Thursday, Jan. 26, 2012, at St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids, after a sudden illness. Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 30, at Grace United Methodist Church in Lamont. Burial: Union Cemetery, north of Aurora. Visitation: 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday and after 9:30 a.m. Monday at the church.
Surviving family includes his wife, Gwen of Lamont; three daughters, Kim (Walter) Robalino of Coralville, Kayla (Ron) Ramsey of Edgewood and Kathy (Guy) Bolduc of Waverly; two grandchildren, Abby and Bailey Ramsey of Edgewood; and two brothers, Darwin (Lauretta) Jones of Arlington and LaVerne (Rita) Jones of Lamont.
