Jones, Kathryn
Kathryn Jones, 91, a resident of Northbrook Manor Care Center, formerly of Walker, died Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2010, of natural causes. Services will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Marion.
Kathryn was born Sept. 11, 1918, the daughter of John and Elizabeth (Spitznasal) Muth in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She married Glen Jones. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include her children, Gerald (Cindy) Jones of Walker, Karen (Marvin) Johnson of Walker, Thomas (Mary) Jones of Vinton, Donald Jones of Cedar Rapids, Robert (Cindy) Jones of Walker, and Diane (DeWayne) Ringgenberg of Walker; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Elizabeth Wasson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and three brothers, John, Steve, and Hank Muth.
