Jones, Dale E.
CENTER POINT - Dale E. Jones, 75, of Center Point, passed away Friday, Sept. 17, 2010, at his home surrounded by his loved ones. Memorial visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 20, at Murdoch Funeral Home in Center Point. Graveside services: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Center Point Cemetery, by the Rev. Mike Ellson and Ken Graham.
Survivors include his wife, Joanne; four sons, Dennis Jones of Elberon, Vic Jones of Center Point, Rodney Jones of Center Point and Steven Jones of Center Point; 11 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Dale was born June 5, 1935, the son of Dennis and Una (Keller) Jones, in Center Point. He married Joanne Geiger on June 29, 1956, at the Little Brown Church in Nashua. Dale worked for Iowa Manufacturing, retiring in 1971.
