Jones, Arnie
Arnie Jones, 71, of Cedar Rapids, died at home Monday, May 14, 2012. Services: 1 p.m. Tuesday at Living Waters Church, 1200 Second Ave. SE, by Pastor Frank Pledge. Interment: Oak Hill Cemetery. A visitation will be held at the church one hour before the service.
Survivors include her children, Larry, Ernest, Crisca, Debra, Willie, James and Lester Jones and William Warlick, all of Cedar Rapids; 10 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and sisters, Willie B. Pirtle of Newburn, Tenn., and Dessie Jones of Humboldt, Tenn.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Willie; and a daughter, Anniest.
Arnie was born May 23, 1940, in Humboldt, Tenn., to George and Louhester Warlick. She married Willie Jones on May 10, 1969, in Newbern, Tenn. Her hobbies were crossword puzzles and fishing.
