Jonason, Eric P.
Eric P. Jonason, 43, of 422 Fourth Ave. SW, Cedar Rapids, died Sunday, Nov. 6, 2011, at Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy, Hiawatha. Friends may stop by any time Tuesday, Nov. 8, at 422 Fourth Ave. SW. Arrangements by Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include his significant other, Robin Rhomberg; father, Karl Jonason of New York City; brother, Toph Jonason and wife Michelle of New York City; and sisters, Heather Branch and husband David and Carrie Jonason. both of Portland, Maine.
Also surviving are his children, Parker and Sterling Jonason; stepchildren, Fredrick Rhomberg, Stacey Rhomberg and Geri Rhomberg; stepgrandchildren, Brooklyn, Brayden, Madison, Phillip and Jameson; and nephew, David Branch.
Born May 7, 1968, in New London, Conn., Eric was the son of Karl and Barbara (Stanhope) Jonason. Eric was an electrician.
Eric's joys were watching and racing motocross and video games.
