Jon Lyn Arp, 79, died Friday, Oct. 20, 2017, at Highland Ridge Care Center in Williamsburg.
He is survived by his wife, Lois of Williamsburg; two daughters, Lori (William) McDowell of Coralville and Lisa Arp of Fort Collins, Colo.; a son, Joel (Trina) Arp of Williamsburg; two grandchildren, Morgan McDowell and Adam Arp; a stepgrandson, Trevor Haasis; a brother, Newell (Arlene) Arp of Williamsburg; and several nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Life services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Williamsburg. Visitation will be Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home in Williamsburg. Burial will be in Pilot Grove Cemetery, rural Williamsburg.
Memorials may be given to St. Paul Lutheran Church.
