Johnson, Lisa Hennessey
Lisa Hennessey Johnson, 48, quietly joined the Lord on Aug. 6, 2010, in the arms of her best friends, Sheila, Nancy, and Lori, at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy in Hiawatha after a courageous battle with breast cancer. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Survivors include her sons, C.J., Tyler, and Spencer; mother, Jo Lynn; brothers, Brian and Kurt; her faithful animal companions; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Lisa was born May 2, 1962. She married Kim Johnson on Sept. 28, 1985.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jack.
