Johnson, Brenda Lee Bickford
Brenda Lee Bickford Johnson passed away Sept. 15, 2009, at the age of 56 to be with her Lord and Savior at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy after a courageous battle with breast cancer of five years. A memorial service celebrating Brenda's life will take place at a later date.

She leaves to cherish her memories her mother, Janet Bickford; her daughter, Jennie (Eric) Fisher; her loving companion and caregiver, Steve Waddell; siblings, Debbie (Bill) Weseman, Linda (Roy) Williams, Lisa (Richard) Bierman and Steve (Marnie) Bickford; three wonderful grandchildren, Boudicca, Tyler and Carly Fisher; and many aunts, uncles and nieces and nephews.
Brenda was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Bickford; infant son, Robert; and infant daughter, Sandy.
She was born in Anamosa on June 12, 1953, to Raymond and Janet Bickford. Brenda's passion for the outdoors was beautifully displayed in her yard and gardens. He home was graced with her craft and artistic talents. Dakota, her dog, was a very happy recipient of her love for animals.
We want to thank Dr. Martin Wiesenfeld and his staff for all the loving care they have given her through the years. Special thanks to the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy.
