Johnathon D. Poole, 26, of the Iowa City area, died Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017, while stationed at Fort Bragg, Fayetteville, N.C.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 4, at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service, with burial to follow at Anderson Cemetery near Swisher. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until services on Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in his memory.
