John Marugg, 78, died Saturday, Feb. 22, 2014, at Crestridge Care Center, Maquoketa, following an extended illness. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26, at Hopkinton Community Church, where friends may call after 9:30 a.m. Interment will be in Hopkinton Cemetery. Goettsch Funeral Home, Monticello, is assisting the family.
