JOHN EVENSON Marion John Evenson, 65, died March 1, 2015, at his home in Marion. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. A.B. Evenson and Mary "Betty" Evenson of Central City. He is survived by his sisters, Kristin Evenson (Steve) Hirst of Iowa City, Ann Rupprecht of St. Paul, Minn., and Barbara Evenson of Ames; his brother, Eric (Mary) Evenson of Zionsville Ind.; and several beloved nieces and nephews. Arrangements for a memorial service are being planned.
