Art Joerger, 79, of Omaha, Neb., formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Monday, April 5, 2010. Services: 1 p.m. Thursday, Holy Cross Catholic Church, Omaha. Graveside services: noon Thursday, Evergreen Memorial Park, Omaha.
Survivors include his children Rick Joerger, Gary Joerger, Terry Meyers, Doug Joerger and Sandra Jean Woodruff; brothers, Willie and Don; and sisters, Gladys and Rita.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandy Joerger.
