Joel Everett Halterman, 78, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, died December 31, 2023, in St. Louis, Missouri. Born on March 6, 1945, in Cedar Rapids, Joel was a beloved husband, brother, uncle, and stepparent, stepgrandparent, and stepgreat-grandparent. He was an esteemed member of his community.
Celebration of Life and reception will
be on Saturday, April 20 from 1:30-4:30 pm at the American Legion Post 298, 625 31st Street, Marion, IA 52302.
