JoAnn Walters, 74, died Saturday, Nov. 5, 2016, at UnityPoint St. Luke's Hospital following a brief illness. A celebration of life is being planned for a later date. A full obituary will be published at that time. Goettsch Funeral Home, Anamosa, has been entrusted with JoAnn's care.
